For Employers and Occupational Health Service
Mental health problems are impacting employees severely with 30% of absenteeism being caused by psychological illness. Employers bear a large part of these costs through sick pay and increasing WGA premiums. But there are also costs caused by untreated employees who have not yet fallen out of work yet. These show in the form of a decrease in motivation, retention, productivity and work performance. More and more companies are now recognizing the importance of investing in employee mental health.
NW International Psychotherapy is happy to support you with the psychological care of your employees. As an intercultural practice, we offer treatments in different languages (currently Polish, English and German). We also offer the cultural know-how to meet the specific needs of migrant workers. We offer both preventive support and specific treatment when absenteeism has already occurred. A few sessions are usually enough to stabilize employees so that they are able to work again. Please contact us for a suitable offer.
NW International Psychotherapy also works with occupational health services (arbodiensten) and is happy to support company doctors and absenteeism consultants in their work by offering psychological services. Please, feel free to get in touch!
